Each visualizer is a live model, not a prerecorded animation. Adjust its parameters, introduce a disturbance, or simply let it run and see what structure emerges.
Game of Life on graphs
Put a Life-like cellular automaton on a toroidal grid, a random regular graph, an Erdős–Rényi graph, or a preferential-attachment network. Change the rule, seed a population, and follow it through three dimensions.
Cart–double-pendulum swing-up
Watch a cart drive two linked pendulums toward the unstable upright position, hand off to a balancing controller, and react when you kick the system away from equilibrium.
